PHILOSOPHY
St. Patrick Catholic School is a faith community united in the common purpose of nourishing the whole person. As children of God, we are uniquely special, valued, loved and receptive of care. Each of us has the right to develop a positive self-image and a sense of responsibility for respecting the rights of others. Our process of instruction uses a variety of teaching methods suited to individual learning styles and abilities.
EDUCATION
We welcome children from 3 years old through 8th grade. We offer Tuesday, Thursday, Pre-K for 3 year olds and Monday, Wednesday, Friday Pre-K for 4 year olds. We are in our 7th year of "All Day" kindergarten. Our average student to teacher ratio is 12 to 1.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The school was originally built in 1920 and is located in the historic part of Janesville, on the corner of Holmes St. and Lincoln St. The interior of the whole school was recently remodeled. The building features a huge gymnasium, state of the art computer lab, beautiful auditorium, nice cafeteria, and spacious classrooms.
